This is the quieter section .triathlon rider groups on weekend s prevalent. The trail can be accessed from the creek crossing on Mill Creek or from the spillway crossing on Lake Trail. This trail runs behind my neighborhood and it got me back into biking! it was our second trip to the area and once again the biking did not disappoint. The trailhead is located at the visitor center parking lot, but it can also be accessed from the other end via the Sand Path near the group campsites.
