Wifi devices are not supported with the Aqara app (Wifi Mi Plugs, Air Filters, Yeelights….). You would also have to reinstall the devices. If you go on the Aqara website it does not say anything about HomeKit compatibly, although this may change once the Mi Home app integration is complete. Also I have discovered, you can not use a Xiaomi switch to toggle a light state in Homekit, you can tap once to turn on a light, and set tap twice to turn off light, if you log into the Aqara app and create an automation, you can set tap once to toggle a state, only issue is the only light one can operate is the silly rgb light built into the hub.
